Welcome to Northview’s WatchD.O.G.S.

Watch D.O.G.S. is a nationwide program that seeks to involve fathers in their children’s academic lives. The elementary schools in the Northview Public School District are excited to be partnering with to create our own local Watch D.O.G.S. chapters.

Watch D.O.G.S. stands for Dads Of Great Students. The program began in a single school in Springdale, Arkansas and has since grown into a nationally recognized program that has brought in hundreds of thousands of fathers and father-figures into schools across the country. The father-figures, whether they are fathers, grandfathers, uncles or guardians, volunteer at least one day each school year at an official WATCH D.O.G.S. school. North Oakview, West Oakview and East Oakview in the Northview Public School District are all proud to have become official WATCH D.O.G.S. schools.
